OurDream AI pricing and what the $9.99 plan and 1,000 dreamcoins really buy
If you are on OurDream's upgrade screen, or you just saw $119.88 on your card when you expected $9.99, this page is for you. We read the vendor's own sources on 7 October 2026: the price list in the structured data on ourdream.ai, the pricing answer on its homepage FAQ, and eighteen articles in its help center covering plans, dreamcoins, cancellation, refunds and what happens to your images when a plan ends.

The short answer
OurDream AI costs $19.99 a month on the monthly plan, or $119.88 paid upfront for a year, which is the $9.99 a month figure on its banner. Both plans include unlimited messages, image and video generation and 1,000 dreamcoins a month; the yearly plan adds 1,000 bonus coins at sign up. Coins pay for voice (50 a minute) and video (100 per 5 seconds), so a month's allowance covers about 20 minutes of calls or 50 seconds of video. Tempted.ai is a flat plan from $9 a month billed yearly with no coins at all.

How much is OurDream AI per month?
OurDream AI has two paid plans and they buy exactly the same thing. The monthly plan is $19.99, billed every month. The annual plan is $9.99 a month, but OurDream's help center is clear that it is "billed at $119.88 once per year" and that "you are NOT charged every month." Paying for a year saves $120.00 against twelve monthly payments ($239.88), so the annual plan costs exactly half.
Both plans unlock unlimited messages with any character, image and video generation, and 1,000 dreamcoins every month. The only difference in what you get is a one-time bonus: annual subscribers receive 2,000 coins upfront instead of 1,000. The free account can chat, but every message costs a coin and image and video generation are locked.
- Monthly: $19.99 a month, $239.88 over a year
- Annual: $119.88 charged once, works out to $9.99 a month
- Coins: 1,000 a month on both, plus 1,000 bonus on annual
- Free: chat only, 1 dreamcoin per message, no images or video
Why does my OurDream charge show $119.88?
Because you bought the annual plan. The $9.99 shown on OurDream's homepage and upgrade page is the yearly price divided by twelve, and OurDream charges the full year on the first day. Its own help article, titled with this exact question, answers that $119.88 "is correct for annual subscriptions" and that your next charge is 12 months later.
If you meant to try it for one month, check the refund rules below before you use the coins. OurDream says annual subscriptions "may be eligible for full or partial refund", but nothing is refunded once more than 25 percent of a product has been used.
- $119.88 = $9.99 x 12, charged on day one
- No further charge for 12 months
- Refund window shrinks as you spend the coins
What do 1,000 dreamcoins actually buy?
OurDream's homepage says the 1,000 monthly dreamcoins cover "all your needs including videos". Its own coin price list, last edited 2 March 2026, tells a smaller story. Chat with the standard model is free for subscribers, but the Genius models cost 1 coin per reply, voice calls cost 50 coins a minute, and standard video costs 100 coins for every 5 seconds.
Do the arithmetic and one month of coins is about 20 minutes of voice calls, or 50 seconds of standard video, or 200 standard images, or 1,000 Genius replies. You pick one, not all of them. The longest video OurDream allows is 60 seconds at 1,200 coins, which is more than a whole month's allowance on either plan. Anyone who wants regular calls or video will be buying extra coins.
- Voice calls: 50 coins a minute, so 1,000 coins = 20 minutes
- Standard video: 100 coins per 5 seconds, so 1,000 coins = 50 seconds
- A 60 second video: 1,200 coins, more than one month's allowance
- Standard images: 10 coins per 2 images, so 1,000 coins = 200 images
- Genius and Lively Genius replies: 1 coin each
The full OurDream dreamcoin price list
These are the coin costs from OurDream's help article "What costs coins?", which assumes you are a paid subscriber. Ultra quality video is a flat 200 coins per video. Enhancing a video costs 50 coins per 5 seconds, adding 5 seconds raises the original cost by half, and adding audio costs 20 coins for every second of sound. Editing an image costs 10 coins on the Spark model and 20 on Eclipse.
Creating your own character costs 10 coins with the first two images included, then 5 coins per extra image. Premium narration voices cost 5 coins a paragraph while the basic voices are free. Coin top-up prices are only shown inside your profile, and OurDream will only sell you coins while you hold an active subscription.
- In-chat image: 5 coins
- Enhance an image: 10 coins
- Ultra quality video: 200 coins
- Add audio to a video: 20 coins per second
- Create a character: 10 coins
- Top-ups: subscribers only, priced in the profile page
OurDream community pack cost and the two answers in its help center
A community pack unlocks every image and video made of one character, including future ones. OurDream's help center gives two different prices for it. The coin price list (edited 2 March 2026) says 250, 750 or 1,000 dreamcoins depending on the size of the pack. The community pack article (edited 9 March 2026) says packs are "purchased for 1,000 coin per character."
Either way, a pack is not included in the subscription, it covers one character only, and it is blurred the moment your plan ends. Check the coin figure on the pack itself before you buy, because at 1,000 coins one pack is a full month of your allowance.
- Price list: 250, 750 or 1,000 coins by pack size
- Pack article: 1,000 coins per character
- One character per pack, not included in any plan
- Blurred again if your subscription lapses
What happens to your images and coins when you cancel
This is the part to read before you subscribe. When an OurDream plan ends, every image and video you generated is blurred, and so is every community pack you paid coins for. OurDream tells users to download anything they want to keep, and says the content is un-blurred if they subscribe again.
Coins are less clear, because two help articles disagree. The expiry article says "Coins do not expire". The cancellation article says unused coins remain only until the billing period ends, and that on reactivation "any previous unused coins are not restored." Treat leftover coins as lost on cancellation and spend them first. A refund also removes any unused coins.
- Cancel at ourdream.ai/profile, access runs to the end of the period
- Generated images and videos: blurred until you re-subscribe
- Community packs: blurred too
- Unused coins: assume they are gone when you come back
OurDream AI refund policy in plain terms
OurDream does not refund automatically when you cancel. You ask through the Request Help button on your profile, giving the product, charge date, amount and reason, and support picks it up within 24 to 48 hours. The rules: nothing is refunded once more than 25 percent of a product has been used, a monthly plan cannot be refunded once its coins are used up, and an annual plan may get a full or partial refund.
Card refunds take 5 to 10 business days. Crypto payments cannot be refunded at all. OurDream does not take PayPal. After a refund the plan is cancelled, your images are blurred and unused coins are removed.
- Over 25 percent used: no refund
- Monthly plan with coins spent: no refund
- Annual plan: full or partial refund possible
- Crypto: never refundable
- Card: 5 to 10 business days once approved
Is OurDream AI worth it?
OurDream is worth paying for if what you want is to design a character's look and generate pictures of her, with chat on the side. The image tools are the product, the annual plan is half the monthly price, and 200 standard images a month is a real allowance. If that is you, pay yearly, and only after a few days on the free account.
It is a poorer fit if you mainly want to talk, call and be remembered. Twenty minutes of calls a month is not much, the best chat models cost coins per reply, and everything you made is held behind the subscription. There is no app either: OurDream runs in the browser and suggests adding it to your home screen. Tempted.ai is built for the talking part, with one girlfriend, long-term memory on every plan and no coins, from $9 a month billed yearly or $12 month to month.
- Pay for OurDream: character design, image and video generation
- Look elsewhere: daily conversation, calls, memory, one flat bill
- No App Store or Google Play app, browser only
