SpicyChat pricing and SpicyChat subscription tiers with the real price of each plan
If you are about to subscribe to SpicyChat, or you just saw a higher number at checkout than the one a review site promised, you are looking at the September 2026 price list. Nearly every article that ranks for SpicyChat pricing was written before it and still quotes $5, $14.95 and $24.95. Those prices are gone for anyone who subscribes today.

The short answer
SpicyChat pricing changed on 8 September 2026. Get A Taste now costs $5.95 a month ($60.00 a year), True Supporter $19.95 a month ($199.95 a year) and I'm All In $29.95 a month ($299.95 a year), according to SpicyChat's own pricing FAQ. Before that the monthly prices were $5.00, $14.95 and $24.95. The catch is memory: SpicyChat's documentation lists the same 4,096 token context for Get A Taste as for the free tier, so real memory starts at True Supporter (8,192 tokens) and the 32,768 token maximum needs I'm All In. Tempted.ai is a flat plan from $9 a month billed yearly with long-term memory on every plan.

How much is SpicyChat subscription in 2026?
SpicyChat has one free tier and three paid tiers, and since 8 September 2026 they cost $5.95, $19.95 and $29.95 a month. SpicyChat's pricing FAQ calls it "purely a price change" and says every tier keeps exactly what it included before, so you are paying more for the same plan, not for new features.
The middle tier took the biggest jump. True Supporter went from $14.95 to $19.95, a third more than in August, while I'm All In rose $5 and Get A Taste rose 95 cents. Annual prices rose too, and the gap between the cheapest and dearest annual plan is now $239.95 a year.

What each SpicyChat subscription tier actually buys
The tiers differ in four things that matter to a paying user: how much of the conversation the character can see (context memory), how long a reply can be, which AI models you can pick, and extras such as images and voice. SpicyChat's premium features page and its tokens and context page set them out like this.
Get A Taste removes ads, adds the Memory Manager (notes you write by hand, each capped at 250 characters) and allows up to 10 user personas. True Supporter is where the memory upgrade lives: 8,192 tokens of context, Semantic Memory 2.0, which saves important details automatically, replies up to 300 tokens instead of 180, conversation images, more models and up to 50 personas. I'm All In adds up to 32,768 tokens of context on models that support it, text to speech, front of queue priority, advanced generation settings, the full model list and up to 100 personas.

Is Get A Taste worth $5.95?
Get A Taste is worth $5.95 only if ads are what bother you. It is not a memory upgrade. SpicyChat's tokens and context page lists "Up to 4,096 tokens" for both Free users and Get A Taste users, and both are capped at 180 tokens per reply. In plain terms, 4,096 tokens is roughly the last 15 to 20 short messages once the character's own description is loaded, so a character on Get A Taste forgets your earlier chat at the same point a free one does.
The premium features page still advertises 4K context memory as a Get A Taste benefit, which is accurate but easy to misread as more than free. If you are paying because characters keep forgetting things, Get A Taste does not fix that. The Memory Manager helps a little, because you can pin a few facts by hand, but every entry is limited to 250 characters.

Which SpicyChat tier to buy between True Supporter and I'm All In
For most paying users the real decision is between the two upper tiers. True Supporter at $19.95 doubles the context to 8,192 tokens and switches on Semantic Memory 2.0. I'm All In at $29.95 quadruples that to 32,768 tokens, but only on models that support 32K. SpicyChat's own model list shows that many models top out at 16K or 8K, and your chat uses whichever is lower, the model or your tier. So on a 16K model, I'm All In gives you 16K, not 32K.
That makes the $10 a month step worth it only if you stay on a 32K model, want text to speech, or want to skip the queue at busy hours. If you mostly want characters to remember the story, True Supporter plus Semantic Memory is the better value. Over a year the difference is $100 on annual billing ($199.95 against $299.95) and $120 on monthly.

SpicyChat annual plan vs monthly
SpicyChat sells every paid tier yearly as well as monthly, and the annual price works out about 16 percent cheaper. Get A Taste is $60.00 a year against $71.40 for twelve monthly payments, True Supporter $199.95 against $239.40, and I'm All In $299.95 against $359.40.
Two details in SpicyChat's FAQ matter before you pay for a year. Anyone holding a one-time annual plan is asked to contact support before buying more time, so do not stack a second purchase on top. And changing billing frequency counts as a plan change, which moves you to the new prices.

Can you keep the old SpicyChat price?
Yes, but only if you never touch the plan. SpicyChat says a recurring subscription that started before 8 September 2026 "will keep renewing at the price you were already paying" while it stays active and unchanged. Upgrading, downgrading or switching between monthly and annual billing moves you to current pricing.
The easiest way to lose the old price by accident is a failed card payment. SpicyChat tells subscribers to contact support immediately if a payment fails, to stop the subscription expiring and the price lock going with it. If your card is about to expire, update it before the renewal date, not after.

- Lost: any upgrade, downgrade or billing period switch
- At risk: a failed payment that lets the plan lapse
How you pay for SpicyChat and whether the subscription is safe
SpicyChat bills on its own website, not through an app store. Its support page lists four ways to pay: credit card on the website, Pay By Bank, Boosty, and cryptocurrency through CoinPayments. Card subscriptions activate instantly. Pay By Bank is a one-time payment that does not renew, so it has no Manage Subscription button. Boosty subscriptions activate within 15 minutes but only if your Boosty email matches your SpicyChat email. Crypto payments are linked by hand, within six hours during US Eastern daytime.
There is no Apple or Google refund route, because the official iPhone app was removed from the App Store in August 2025 and the Android app is an APK downloaded from SpicyChat's site. SpicyChat's documentation does not state a refund policy or what name appears on your card statement; the help assistant on its docs says only that refund requests go to SpicyChat support. If either matters to you, ask support before you pay.

SpicyChat subscription not working? Check these first
Most activation problems come from the payment route, not from SpicyChat being down. For a card purchase, SpicyChat's own fix is to log out, log back in and check your profile. A Boosty purchase with a different email will not activate until you message your SpicyChat email and username to support. Crypto takes up to six hours by design. A Pay By Bank payment can sit pending while a bank approves a first-time transfer.
If you subscribed inside the old iPhone app, that subscription stopped renewing and you need to subscribe again on the website. Your account, characters and chats carry over. To upgrade, use Manage Subscription in your profile, and remember that an upgrade moves you to the September 2026 price.

Who should pay for SpicyChat and who should look elsewhere
SpicyChat is a good buy if you want a huge library of community characters, open roleplay, group chats and the freedom to pick your model. Nothing we make competes with that catalog, and its free tier is genuinely usable. If that is you, True Supporter is the plan we would pick.
It is a poorer fit if what you want is one companion who remembers you without you managing tokens, models and memory notes. On SpicyChat that costs $19.95 a month before you reach real memory, and the deepest memory needs both I'm All In and the right model.
